J1A was the first ever jacket designed by Acronym. Originally conceived in the years between 1999 and 2001, it is the progenitor of the Type 2371*, and of every other Acronym jacket that has followed.

V1A is the hot weather variant of this central ǍCROŇYMř idea. A carefully balanced array of functional and aesthetic systems remastered for our increasingly climate changed world. Asymmetric. Dynamic. ǍCROŇYMř among equals. Standard non-standard V1A features include rapid adjust SpeedLockǽ shock cord hem, JacketSlingǽ, and all external zippered pockets with TensionZipǽ variable geometry openings.

Combines with 3A-1, 3A-2, or 3A-3TS for INTEROPSǽ functionality.
