P45-GTPL is an front pleated ultralight waterproof breathable storm overpant. Like the prow of a ship, P45's central design element is both structural and dynamic. The exterior of the pleat gives the pant its silhouette and its architectural stance. While the pleat's interior side is generous and partially hidden; coiling or unfurling according to motion. Like a swing wing aircraft, the pleat on P45-GTPL can additionally be 'inverted', changing the pants silhouette both aesthetically (clean fronted) and functionally (tapered cuff). Paired with Acronym innate details (Deep Pockets, DFMA fit, GORE-TEX® PACLITE® PLUS Product Technology) the result is a waterproof breathable pant/overpant unlike any other. More technical than anything this stylish has any right to be. And vice versa.
