Shipping

We ship with DHL Express service for all shipments.

Personal pick-up is not possible.

Orders are processed as soon as we have received payment in full.

You will be forwarded a tracking number for your reference as soon as the order is picked up by DHL.

All import duties will be charged to the recipient by DHL or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Acronym GmbH has no control over these charges. For more information on your country's specific import taxes please contact DHL or the customs office in your country directly.

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

For orders outside the EU: if your order is above 1.000 EUR and will be exported back to ACRONYM GmbH, then the application for Export Documents for your order must be carried out by ACRONYM GmbH at the EU customs office. Please note that the processing time for these documents may take up to an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping fees

ǍCROŇYMř ships worldwide for the following fees:

  • Germany: DHL Insured Standard Shipping/approximately 2 business days – 25 EUR
  • EU & Switzerland: DHL Insured Standard Shipping/approximately 3 business days – 25 EUR
  • UK, Portugal and Spain: DHL Insured Standard Shipping/approximately 3-5 business days – 25 EUR
  • Rest of World: DHL Insured Standard Shipping/approximately 3-5 business days – 55 EUR
